What counts towards my daily water requirement?

For your daily water consumption (Hydration) you may drink water, sparkling water (also called seltzer or soda water), herbal tea, compliant almond milk, or coconut water. 

Coffee (even decaf), black tea, soda/soft drinks, and alcohol (including "non-alcoholic" beer) do not count towards your daily water consumption.
