Well-Being Practices (0 or 5 points)
Each week, we will introduce a new Well-Being Practice. You will earn 5 points for incorporating this habit into your daily life. These Well-being Practices will focus on the more intangible benefits of mindfulness through activities like meditation or taking 10 minutes for yourself. Each new practice begins on Saturday and will be announced in advance.
You can find the current Well-Being Practice on your Dashboard just below your picture, on the blog under the Well-Being Practices category, and in your email each Friday.
