To earn your sleep points, get the amount of sleep you prescribe for yourself at the beginning of the challenge as a full night’s sleep. This may be the number of hours that get you fully rested or it may be a number that is a stretch over what you are currently getting regularly but that you can accomplish with a little bit of effort.
If you have insomnia, but remain in bed and trying to sleep, that time counts. If you are awoken by a child throughout the night, try to add a little time at one end or the other of your sleep time that won't be interrupted. Basically, if you are in bed, lights out, screens off, 100% ready for and intending to sleep, count that time.
