Kickstart & Lifestyle: Beans & other legumes (e.g. lentils and chickpeas) are compliant in moderation
Performance: Not compliant
Be careful with packaged beans and legumes - canned, especially. You will have to check all the ingredients against the list of suggested and non-compliant foods. Preservatives, for example, are non-compliant on Performance level.
