What does the Whole Life Challenge mean by "Processed Foods"?

 

Question:

I was reading your rules which state not to consume "processed foods." Are you able to give me more detail about what you would classify as processed foods? 

Answer:

By "processed foods" we mean foods with artificial ingredients meant to stabilize or preserve the foods. Food that is jarred or canned, but otherwise just cooked, pressed, ground, baked, etc. is fine.
