There is no particular kind of workout that you have to do. If you already exercise, you don’t have to change anything that you are doing now. The only thing that you might do differently is that you’ll do something daily.
There is no recommended routine, only that you are consistent. We don’t provide you with a specific routine because there is no perfect routine for everyone. You might choose a routine that helps you improve an aspect of your preliminary/final workout performance. This could also be a chance to explore something new.
