What about mobilization? What counts?

Any kind of stretching or mobility work/mobilizing counts! It can be "traditional" stretching of muscles or using equipment for massaging soft tissue, like a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, or foam roller. You can definitely count a yoga class, but not a massage.
