Is fruit considered sugar during the Whole Life Challenge?

No. Fruit has sugar, but it is not included in the no-sugar rule for the Whole Life Challenge.

Fruit juice, though, is considered sugar for the purposes of the Whole Life Challenge. Fruit juice removes all of the things (e.g. fiber) that help to mitigate the impact of fruit sugar on your body and is very easy to over-consume.
